The Plymouth Area Historical Society Library has been upgraded, thanks to a former trustee. RichlandSource.com reports, the Historical Society Library got new paint, LED lights, shampoo for the carpet and a new book shelf, thanks to a donation from Joanne Root. Root passed away two years ago, but left behind some money to update the Library. The Plymouth Area Historical Society has dedicated its Library in honor of Joanne Root.
