A 3-day music and tattoo festival kicks off in Mansfield today at the Ohio State Reformatory. The “InkCarceration” will feature over 30 bands and more than 70 tattoo artists at the site of the former prison. Headliners include Bush, Black Label Society, Our Lady Peace and Clutch.
