Ashland City Schools Part Ways with Employee

Ashland City Schools have parted ways with a longtime employee.  RichlandSource.com reports, the board recently met to talk about discipline and termination of maintenance man Michael Rauscher, but instead, Rauscher turned in his resignation.  Rauscher was also a delivery driver between schools and has spent more than 25 years with the district. Ashland Superintendent Doug Marrah said this was an ongoing issue and not just a single event in terms of the decision to part ways with Rauscher. There was no involvement with any student or miss use of public funds either. Ashland City Schools will begin the year on Monday.
