Mansfield to pave over 20 miles city streets in 2019

The city of Mansfield says it will pave just over 20 miles of city streets in 2019, thanks to the .25% pothole tax.Councilman Cliff Mears says the tax has been in place for 30 years and generates about $4 million per year. Mears says there are streets on the list to pave, but residents can call to suggest what streets they feel need to be resurfaced. Council is set to vote on this project in a few weeks.
