A lawsuit against Ashland University is scheduled to go to court this week, according to RichlandSource.com. 7 former AU faculty members say the university violated their contracts by terminating them without cause, despite each of the members having tenure.The university argues the non- renewals were a part of restructuring back in 2016 and under university rules and regulations, tenured staff can be terminated.The Civil trial starts on Wednesday, April 17th.
