Close to 15,000 Absentee Ballot Requests In Richland County

As of Tuesday, close to 15,000 Richland County voters have requested an absentee ballot, ahead of the Nov .3 Presidential election.

According to Board of Elections Director Paulette Hankins, that’s more than twice the number of requests as of 4 years ago at this time.

With less than 5 weeks until Election Day, RichlandSource.com reports, the state of Ohio has had over 2 million ballot requests. The deadline to register to vote is this Monday, Oct 5th.
