Summer has just arrived in North Central Ohio, but the Richland County Commissioners are already thinking about the colder months.
Commissioner Darrell Banks said, they have begun the search to secure salt for the winter and right now the cost increased to between $54 and $74 a ton, compared to last year when the price range was between $39 and $54 a ton.
