A resident of Ashland County could possibly be looking at charges for voter fraud.
According to RichlandSource.com, a non-citizen of Ashland County could be facing prosecution for illegally registering to vote in the 2020 election.
The person did not actually cast a ballot, but is one of 117 cases across the state the Secretary of State is looking into. A total of 13 illegal ballots were counted in Ohio.
