Madison Superintendent Rob Peterson will monitor COVID-19 cases in the district and if positive cases increase significantly, along with absent rates of 25% or higher, he could implement a temporary mask mandate in the district.

Peterson is expected to do this study over the next couple of weeks, according to RichlandSource.com. If masks are required, it would remain that way until the next board meeting in late October (27th).
