The project to clean up an 18 mile stretch of the Black Fork from Mickey Road in Shelby to State Route 13 will not be voted on, until this fall.
Richland County Commissioner Cliff Mears says the study for that total cost will take a little bit longer to put together than first thought because it has been found 7,000 trees need to be removed.
Mears says the vote will likely take place in September by the Richland and Crawford County Commissioners.
