A Galion man was one of 4 people, who were prosecuted for their role in a multi county catalytic converter theft case.
Michael Moyer of Galion was sentenced to Community Control, while, two men from Marion and another from Newcomerstown, had sentences of between 5 – 7 years in prison for their roles. The joint investigation with the Marion and Crawford County Sheriff Departments, which showed, it took place at several dealerships over the course of several months and resulted in around $250,000 in damages.
