Public Comments welcome on Lexington-Springmill/Home Road Roundabout

Richland County Engineer, Adam Gove, says that the public that submit comments about the upcoming proposed project below, which is planned for 2026.

**PUBLIC NOTICE**

The Richland County Engineer’s Office, in coordination with the Ohio Department of Transportation District 3, is proposing to construct a roundabout at the intersection of Lexington-Springmill Rd and Home Rd located in Troy Township, Ohio. Construction is currently scheduled to begin in the spring of 2026 and last approximately 150 days. The project will require a detour for a portion of the construction. The closure will occur during the summer and should last approximately 90 days.
