The West Park Shopping Center in Mansfield is officially for sale.
According to RichlandSource.com, the price listed for the property along Park Ave West is $2 million. The current owners of the 17 acre site, who are based out of New York, have partnered locally with Sluss Realty. Mansfield mayor, Jodie Perry, told council members this week that the key is getting the property into local hands.
Mansfield, originally, issued a demolition order for the decaying property, along the Miracle Mile, under former mayor, Tim Theaker, back in 2022.
