On June 11, 2025, at 1539 hours, Deputy Ben Petrie conducted a traffic stop on Crestline Rd. near Biddle Rd. for a speeding violation. The owner, Kevin Manley, age 39, of New Washington, was the driver of the vehicle. While speaking with Mr. Manley about the traffic violation, indicators were observed to the use and/or presence of narcotics.
K-9 Nora was then deployed and conducted a free-air sniff of Mr. Manley’s vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotic odor in the vehicle. A search was then conducted on the vehicle and Deputies located drug paraphernalia items and suspected Cocaine.
Manley was arrested for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center.
A report will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of all charges
