The Milliron Foundation is turning the former Century Link building in Mansfield into affordable housing for veterans and seniors—fulfilling the late Grant Milliron’s dream. The 120,000-square-foot space will feature 65–75 units, community areas, and possibly small businesses. The project, expected to take 3–4 years, aims to address the local housing shortage and honor veterans. It will be funded through the foundation, grants, and partnerships, without a major fundraising campaign.
