Richland County Engineer, Adam Gove said, the county will begin a road resurfacing project on Tuesday, September 30th. Below is a press release from the Richland County engineer.

The County CCAP Resurfacing Project will begin Tuesday, September 30 on Dininger Road, between St Rt 61 and Bowman Road. The contractor will then move to Taylortown Road, between Bowman Road and Ganges-Five Points Road. The contractor will continue next week (Oct. 6 -10) on Hastings-Newville Road, between Pleasant Valley Road and Swigart Road, and Swigart Road, between Hastings-Newville Road and Possum Run Road.
During construction, roads will be closed to through traffic. Local, emergency, and school bus traffic will be maintained with flaggers. Please plan for delays, find an alternate route if available, and use extreme caution in the construction zones.
