A 29 year-old Mansfield man arrested last summer for seeking sex with a juvenile has been sentenced to around 20 years in prison.

According to RichlandSource.com, Bryce Witchey was sentenced on Monday to 19.5 to 23.5 years in state prison by Richland County Common Pleas Court Judge, Brent Robinson.

Witchey plead guilty to 31 felony counts back in July, which prosecutors said, the alleged cimes took place between April of 2023 and June of 2024.

Witchey, who was designated a Tier II Sex Offender, told the judge before sentencing that he takes full responsibility for his actions.
