Crystal Davis Weese is officially the winner for Mansfield's 3rd Ward City Council from the November 4th General Election.
RichlandSource.com reports, Crystal Davis Weese led the incumbent Eleazer Akuchie by 2 votes on Election night, but she ended up winning by 10 votes, after the board received 20 provisional ballots, 14 of which went to Crystal Davis Weese.
The Board of Elections met on Monday to certify the results from the November Election.
