On January 29, 2026, at 1417 hrs., the Crawford County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 3591 Holmes Center Rd. Bucyrus, Ohio after an investigation into the possession of child pornography.
Arrested prior to the search warrant was Anthony E. Vanhouten, age, 52. Anthony was the target of the investigation. Several electronic items were seized from the residence during the execution of the search warrant.
Anthony was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center, where he will be held pending charges of pandering obscenity, involving a minor.
Child Pornography was located on the devices that were seized as evidence. A report will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor's Office for consideration of additional charges.
