A plan is in the works to redevelop the former Holiday Inn building on Park Ave West in Mansfield.
The $10 million project is being led by Jay Goyal and a group of investors. RichlandSource.com reports, the plan is to turn it into an upscale boutique hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
Goyal mentioned this is a great opportunity to contribute to the growing momentum in downtown Mansfield.
