Metrich: Two Arrested in Crawford County for Trafficking Methamphetamines

On April 28, 2026 at 1245 hrs., The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and METRICH Enforcement Unit executed a narcotic search warrant at 1722 Marion Rd., Apt E. The search warrant came at the conclusion of an investigation into methamphetamines being used and sold from the property.

Arrested during the search was Penny Lloyd, age 58 and Sean Kissling, age 54. Both were the targets of the investigation. Deputies seized suspected methamphetamines, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia. Both were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center.

Lloyd is facing charges of trafficking in methamphetamines and permitting drug abuse.

Kissling is facing charges of trafficking in methamphetamines.

Reports will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for consideration of additional charges.
