Over the weekend, Neil revealed that those health issues were in fact a stroke. In an interview with the "Las Vegas Review-Journal," Neil explained he woke up the day after Christmas in bad shape. "I had a stroke," Neil revealed. "My whole left side went out." The singer explained he went to bed feeling fine Christmas night, but when he woke up, his whole world had changed.
